Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Open your store's subscription page:
Check that your internet works without the VPN, then try a different location. If you see a VPN permission prompt, tap Allow. On Android, make sure no other VPN app is set as Always-on in system settings.
Still stuck? Open a ticket from the app — it includes the details we need.
Open the paywall and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. If it still doesn't work, contact us and we'll sort it out.
You probably have Android's Block connections without VPN enabled. That's the kill switch doing its job. Reconnect, or turn it off under Android Settings → Network → VPN → Quantis.
Choose the location closest to you, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to compare, and try turning DNS shield off and on again. Some networks slow down VPN traffic — if one location is slow, another usually isn't.
Some services block VPN traffic or certain countries. Try another location. If DNS shield is on, it may be blocking a domain the site needs — turn it off in Settings and reconnect.
Use Settings → Delete account in the app, or send a request through the support center. Some connection records must be kept for a legal retention period — see the Privacy Policy.
